If CISV is going to meet growth targets set by its international Governing Board, Interchange can be a powerful tool for creating new chapters and reaching new participants around the world. That was a key take-away message from nearly 35 CISV volunteers who traveled to Graz, Austria in April 2019 for the first global gathering of CISV Interchange coordinators (GLINT).
The Interchange coordinators gathered in Graz represented CISV members from 3 continents: Austria, Brazil, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Mexico, Spain, Sweden, and the USA. The Interchange-focused volunteers shared 3.5 days of discussion and friendship.
